Trees and plants have value! They create a surrounding and add beauty to our landscape, purify our air, reduce noise, produce oxygen, and reduce our heating and cooling needs. Trees also have a dollar value that our arborist at Arborscapes can determine by using formulas that are recognized by many insurance companies, courts, and the IRS. Appraisals are most commonly done for trees that are highly prized or have been damaged or killed by automobiles, vandalism, lightning, fire, construction, trespassing, and things of that nature.
